Let a Piece of Tacoma’s History Elevate your Guest’s Experience

This space housed the printing presses for the Tacoma Daily Ledger and Tacoma News Tribune from the early part of the 20th century. This was the voice of Tacoma during it’s golden age of print media.

Parking Options Around The Press Room

There is paid parking on the streets surrounding Opera Alley at 75 cents per hour until 6:00 pm (Excludes Sundays and Holidays). On Saturdays all day street parking is only $2.00. In Opera Alley there is paid parking for 75 cents per hour until 8:00 pm.

Please note that there are several parking garages in Opera Alley and beware of parking in front of the garage doors as there are vehicles that need to exit and enter the garages.
